Delivery Information

We deliver everywhere in Hong Kong — islands included.

Standard Delivery

1–2 business days across HK Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Outlying islands may take one extra day depending on ferry schedules.

Delivery Fee

Free on orders over $99. A flat $8 courier fee applies to smaller orders.

Payment at the Door

Cash on Delivery is available on every order. Have the exact amount ready if possible — couriers carry limited change.

How delivery works

  1. Order placed. We pick, bench-check and pack your gear — guitars ship in double-walled boxes with neck support and loosened string tension for safe transit.
  2. Courier dispatch. You receive an order confirmation, and the courier contacts you by phone (that's why we ask for a number) before arriving.
  3. Inspect on arrival. You may open the box and inspect the item before paying. If anything looks wrong, refuse the parcel and we'll sort it immediately.

Delivery hours & instructions

Couriers deliver Mon-Sun 9am-9pm. Add delivery notes at checkout — building access codes, "leave with concierge", or a preferred time window — and we pass them on. Business addresses are welcome.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us at partnerships@siliconsilk.ca within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no quibbling.
